We’re Bringing Giving Back (Yah) 
We are excited and proud to announce a new program that we’ve launched. It’s our new Non-Profit Real Estate And Loan Donation Program, and it’s something that we’re very passionate about.
After carefully considering how we could Give Back and make a difference, we decided that it made the most sense to help those in need, with each closed transaction. We also thought that it would be best to leave it up to you, our valued client, to decide where the donations should be spent. After all, it’s because of you, and your choice to work with our team, instead of another lender or Realtor®, that is affording us the opportunity to do some good in the world!
Here’s How Our Donation Program Works:
- Every time we close a real estate transaction, whether it be a purchase or sale of a home, we will donate $500 to the non-profit/charity of your choice.
- Every time we close a mortgage transaction, whether it be for a home purchase or refinance, we will donate $250 to the non-profit/charity of your choice.
The only requirement that we have is that the non-profit organization must be registered properly, as a 501(c)(3) group.
How To Locate A Legitimate Non Profit Organization
If you do not have a preference about the donation, or aren’t aware of an organization that could use your help, we would be more than happy to donate the money to one or more charities that we care about. Alternatively, you can visit sites such as GuideStar.org and CharityNavigator.org, where you can search for specific types of non-profit groups, determine which ones are legitimate, and how much of their funding is actually spent on the cause, as opposed to salaries.
