Yorba Linda, known as Land of Gracious Living, was the birth place to President Richard Nixon, and is situated in the north east portion of Orange County, in Southern California. Yorba Linda, California is located off the Riverside 91 Freeway and is surrounded on 2 sides by Chino Hills State Park, and borders the cities of Placentia, Anaheim, and Brea, California, on the remaining sides.
Yorba Linda is approximately 25 miles from the beach, 40 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, and 15 miles from Disneyland.
Although this north Orange County city was founded in the mid 1800′s, it did not begin to grow until the 1960′s, and was not incorporated until 1967. Even with the late start, Yorba Linda managed to explode from a population of approximately 1,000 residents in 1960, to nearly 70,000 residents today.
According to the US Census Bureau, the city of Yorba Linda spans 19.48 square miles, and, as of 2010, there were 3,269 residents living per square mile.

If you are looking to buy a home in Yorba Linda, California, you’ll find a variety of residential property types to choose from.
